Revio Flex is a 24-month device subscription offered directly by Revio LLC. Instead of paying the full price of a smartphone upfront, you pay a fixed monthly fee and get the device on day one. This is a subscription, not an instalment plan — you're not paying off ownership, you're subscribing to use the device. At the end of 24 months, you can return it, renew at a lower rate, or buy it out.
No telecom subscription is required. Revio Flex is a direct arrangement between you and Revio — no telecom bundle needed. Payments are processed via a secure payment gateway which draws from your bank account. You will need a valid bank account linked for monthly billing.
With an instalment plan, you're paying off the cost of a device you'll eventually own — like a loan. With a subscription, you're paying for ongoing access to a device you don't own. The device belongs to Revio throughout the term. At the end of 24 months you can return it, renew for a newer device, or buy it out. The benefit is a lower monthly fee, built-in warranty, and the ability to upgrade.
The 6-month lock-in is the mandatory minimum commitment period at the start of your subscription. During these first 6 months, you cannot cancel, request a device change, or transfer the contract to another person. After 6 months, all of the above become available. A QAR 599 cancellation fee applies at any point within the 24-month term.
You can cancel at any time after the 6-month lock-in by paying a QAR 599 cancellation fee and returning the device in acceptable condition. If you prefer to keep the device, choose the buyout option: pay remaining instalments plus 50% of RRP (months 1–12) or 35% of RRP (months 13–24). The QAR 599 fee does not apply on the buyout route.
Yes — after completing 6 months. Pay the QAR 299 device change fee, return your current device in acceptable condition, choose a new device from available stock, and sign a brand new 24-month contract with a fresh 6-month lock-in. Availability depends on stock at the time of your request.
Yes. A colour or storage swap counts as a device change: available after month 6, QAR 299 fee, return current device in good condition, and sign a new 24-month contract. Subject to stock availability.
At month 24 you have three options: Return the device and the subscription ends cleanly. Renew at a lower rate with a new 24-month contract. Buy out the device by paying the buyout value Revio communicates. Contact Revio at least 7 days before your subscription ends. If you don't act, it continues month-to-month at the same rate with no lock-in.
No — not during the subscription. The device remains the property of Revio LLC for the entire leasing period. You have full use of it, but legal ownership stays with Revio. Ownership transfers to you only if you exercise the buyout option at the end of your term.
Your subscription includes a full 24-month warranty covering manufacturing defects, hardware faults, and component malfunctions not caused by misuse. It does not cover accidental damage, liquid damage, loss, or theft. To claim, contact Revio Customer Service via revio.me. All repairs must go through Revio — independent repairs void the warranty.
The device must have no cracked screen or back panel, be unlocked from carrier/iCloud/Google, have battery health of at least 80%, all buttons/cameras/Face ID/charging port working, and be factory reset with all personal data erased. Devices that do not pass Revio's inspection may not be accepted.
Revio will notify you immediately. You have 5 calendar days to settle the outstanding amount. If not received within 15 calendar days of your Billing Date, Revio may suspend your subscription and initiate device recovery. Ensure your account has sufficient funds on your Billing Date each month.
No. Since Revio owns the device, all repairs must be done at authorised service centres in Qatar. Independent repairs without Revio's prior written approval will void your warranty and affect your ability to return the device. Contact Revio Customer Service first.
No. The device may not be sold, transferred, or modified without Revio's prior written consent. The leasing agreement is between you and Revio specifically and is not transferable. Doing so constitutes a breach of contract.
No upfront payment or deposit is required. You receive the device on the day you sign the contract and your first monthly payment is charged on your Billing Date. Specific commercial terms will be confirmed at the point of sign-up.
Device availability is subject to Revio's current stock. Revio does not guarantee any specific model, colour, or storage configuration at sign-up or at the time of a device change. Contact Revio Customer Service or check revio.me for the latest available inventory.
