Day 0 — Sign Up

Choose your device & sign the contract

Visit a Revio service point or sign up via revio.me. Browse available devices, choose your model, storage and colour, then sign a 24-month subscription agreement directly with Revio. This is a subscription — not an instalment plan. You pay a fixed monthly fee; Revio owns the device throughout.

You'll sign a contract and authorise monthly payments via a secure payment gateway.

Day 0 — Setup

Set up your monthly payments

Your monthly subscription fee is collected automatically on the same date each month — your Billing Date. Payments are processed via a secure payment gateway linked to your bank account. You'll receive a confirmation after every successful charge.

Day 1 — Device Handover

Receive your device & warranty kicks in

You receive your chosen device fully ready to use. From this moment, your device is covered by warranty for the entire 24-month subscription period — covering manufacturing defects, hardware faults, and component malfunctions not caused by misuse.

Months 1–6 — Lock-In Period

The mandatory 6-month lock-in

For the first 6 months you cannot cancel, change device, or transfer the contract. Your monthly fee is charged automatically. Payments unsettled after 15 days may result in subscription suspension and device recovery.

Cancelling at any point within the 24-month term incurs a QAR 599 cancellation fee.

After Month 6 — Flexibility Unlocked

Change your device if you want to

After completing 6 months you're eligible for a device change — upgrade, downgrade, or switch colour or storage. A QAR 299 device change fee applies. Changing your device starts a fresh 24-month term with a new 6-month lock-in. Subject to stock availability.

Month 24 — End of Term

What happens at the end of 24 months

Revio will contact you with your options. You have three choices:

Return the device — hand it back in acceptable condition; subscription ends.

Renew at a lower rate — sign a new 24-month contract at a lower monthly fee.

Buy out the device — pay the buyout value and the phone is yours.

Contact Revio at least 7 days before month 24 ends to arrange your chosen option.

After Month 24 — If You Do Nothing

Automatic month-to-month continuation

If you don't take action before month 24 ends, your subscription automatically continues month-to-month at the same monthly rate. There is no new commitment period — you can return, renew, or buy out at any time with no penalty. Payments continue until you act.

Automatic recurring billing, every month

When you sign your Revio Flex contract, you authorise a recurring monthly charge from your bank account. Payments are fully automatic — just make sure your account is funded on your Billing Date and you won't need to think about it again.

At the time of signing, you authorise Revio to collect recurring monthly payments from your account. One-time setup.

Same date each month

Revio charges your account on the same date every month — your Billing Date — matching the date you first signed the contract.

Receive confirmation

After each successful payment, you receive an automatic confirmation. Your full payment history is available at any time.

Keep your account funded

Ensure your account has sufficient balance on your Billing Date. Failed payments trigger a 5-day grace period.

What happens if a payment fails

If your monthly payment fails, Revio will notify you immediately. You have 5 calendar days to settle the outstanding amount. If payment is not received within 15 calendar days of your Billing Date, Revio reserves the right to suspend your subscription and initiate recovery of the device.

Subscription Term

Your subscription runs for a fixed 24 months from the date you sign the contract. If no action is taken at month 24, it continues month-to-month at the same rate.

Revio Flex is a 24-month device subscription offered directly by Revio LLC. Instead of paying the full price of a smartphone upfront, you pay a fixed monthly fee and get the device on day one. This is a subscription, not an instalment plan — you're not paying off ownership, you're subscribing to use the device. At the end of 24 months, you can return it, renew at a lower rate, or buy it out.
No telecom subscription is required. Revio Flex is a direct arrangement between you and Revio — no telecom bundle needed. Payments are processed via a secure payment gateway, which draws from your bank account. You will need a valid bank account linked for monthly billing.
With an instalment plan, you're paying off the cost of a device you'll eventually own — like a loan. With a subscription, you're paying for ongoing access to a device you don't own. The device belongs to Revio throughout the term. At the end of 24 months you can return it, renew for a newer device, or buy it out. The benefit is a lower monthly fee, built-in warranty, and the ability to upgrade.
The 6-month lock-in is the mandatory minimum commitment period at the start of your subscription. During these first 6 months, you cannot cancel, request a device change, or transfer the contract to another person. After 6 months, all of the above become available. A QAR 599 cancellation fee applies at any point within the 24-month term.
You can cancel at any time after the 6-month lock-in by paying a QAR 599 cancellation fee and returning the device in acceptable condition. If you prefer to keep the device, choose the buyout option: pay remaining instalments plus 50% of RRP (months 1–12) or 35% of RRP (months 13–24). The QAR 599 fee does not apply on the buyout route.

No. The device may not be sold, transferred, or modified without Revio's prior written consent. The leasing agreement is between you and Revio specifically and is not transferable. Doing so constitutes a breach of contract.
No upfront payment or deposit is required. You receive the device on the day you sign the contract and your first monthly payment is charged on your Billing Date. Specific commercial terms will be confirmed at the point of sign-up.
